An exceptional and historically resonant Irish bronze — one of an edition of just seven, cast at the historic CIE Foundry in Inchicore in 1998 and mounted on a base of ancient bog oak. The Dove was designed by Joe Sweeney and Paul Burton and commissioned by STOP 96 (Solidarity For Organised Peace), the citizens's organisation founded in response to the Manchester bombings. Across its outstretched wings the word Peace is incised in twenty-three languages — pax, paix, paz, salaam, síocháin, мир, 平和 — a small bronze made to carry the wish of a whole island at the dawn of the Good Friday Agreement. Provenance: Ex-Collection of the Rt Hon Mo Mowlam MP, Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1997–1999) — the politician whose extraordinary candour, courage and humanity helped broker the Agreement that ended a generation of conflict. Sister pieces from the same edition were presented to US President Bill Clinton, Prime Minister Tony Blair and An Taoiseach Bertie Ahern. To own this Dove is to hold a small bronze witness to one of the most important moments in modern Irish — and modern European — history.

Kitchen Colour catches a chef mid-shift — the figure half-built, half-dissolving in Bailey's loose painterly scaffolding of greens, peach, ivory and cool kitchen greys. The hot edge of the pass glows behind him; a tea-towel, a hand, a metal trim — all hinted at rather than spelled out. Bailey paints kitchens the way he paints bars and workshops: as places of light, heat and quiet concentration. Oil on canvas.

French WWI patriotic spelter group depicting a Red Cross nurse hailing for help beside a wounded French infantryman in his Adrian helmet. Mounted on a turned red marble socle, with original orange enamel highlight surviving on the Red Cross armband. Signed 'H. Trémo…' to the base. Circa 1915–1920.

French coopered oak champagne bucket from Domaines Schlumberger, Guebwiller. Three copper bands and embossed copper escutcheon with the Schlumberger coat of arms. Twin raised stave 'ear' handles, warm honey patina. Mid-20th century.

Two standing sentinels in textured blackened steel rise from a steel base, copper veins creeping upward like molten roots. The taller figure carries a single copper face — a meditation on lineage, presence and ancestry. Steel, copper and beeswax.

French Art Deco liqueur set in pink 'rosaline' pressed glass — decanter with stopper, octagonal tray with geometric chevron motif, and six matching glasses. From the Verrerie et Cristallerie d'Arques (G. Durand & Cie), c. 1930s. A characteristic example of the golden age of European Art Deco glassmaking.

A fine and rare hand-decorated Limoges porcelain bonbonnière from the Patek Philippe Collection 2000 limited edition — reproducing the cobalt-and-gold enamelled case of an iconic 1928 Patek Philippe pocket watch held in the Patek Philippe Museum, Geneva. Octagonal porcelain de Limoges, signed 'Patek Philippe Genève'. Excellent condition.

Substantial West German 'Fat Lava' (Fettlava) vase by Bay-Keramik-Fabrik Bodo Mans, Ransbach-Baumbach. Cream stoneware with a dripping amber-caramel glaze band and characteristic wavy scalloped flow line. Impressed marks: 'BAY · W-GERMANY · 240 40' — form 240, height 40 cm. A bold, large-format example of the West German Pottery movement.

A charming miniature Florentine-style armoire / jewellery cabinet, lovingly upcycled in deep petrol-teal chalk paint with rubbed-back warm gold gilt edges and feet. Two arched glass doors with etched cherry-blossom and grass motifs, two small drawers below dressed in a delicate lace-pattern stencil, shaped scrolled bracket feet.
