The Rolling Stones — Some Girls, Band-Signed LP Cover (AAS Authenticated)
Music · Memorabilia
An exceptional piece of late-twentieth-century rock memorabilia — an original Some Girls LP sleeve (Rolling Stones Records, COC 39108, 1978) signed in black felt-tip across the famous Andy Warhol-influenced cut-out cover. Four signatures are formally authenticated by Autographs Authentication Services (Letter of Authenticity #011586, dated 11/12/2008, hologram-sealed and court-appointed). A fifth signature is present on the sleeve in matching period felt-tip — handsome and confident, but not covered by the original LOA and therefore not formally authenticated. We list it openly so that the buyer can take their own view, or submit it to a secondary authentication service if desired. Some Girls is widely regarded as the last great Rolling Stones album of their classic era — and with Charlie Watts's passing in 2021, verified signed copies from this period carry a meaningful posthumous resonance. Available for in-person inspection in France or Ireland before purchase.
